This is an English guide for transportation to Yangmingshan (阳明山), a national park north of Taipei, Taiwan. Yangmingshan is a popular destination for locals and tourists, containing numerous hiking trails and hot springs.

Travel to Yangmingshan

The easiest way to reach Yangmingshan is by taking the 260 bus from Taipei Main Station to the very last stop. The bus stops outside exit M1. The second-to-last stop also contains the phrase “Yangmingshan” – make sure to get off at the final stop.

The 260 bus also runs along North Zhongshan Road (中山北路). It may be more convenient to find a 260 bus stop along this road rather than going to Taipei Main Station.

The fare is about 30 NTD. If using an Easy Card, swipe the card when going both on and off the bus.

Travel within Yangmingshan

The internal 108 bus runs on stops within Yangmingshan. This small bus makes stops around the whole park.
